I'm not sure if anyone has actually done the mod you are looking for

The link in my first post claim to do so but they are unresponsive.  (Probably due to my lack of French)

It would be cheaper, probably, to just buy a US TG-16

Not at this stage.  It has been RGB modified.

Do you mean you want the PAL TG converted to NTSC signal?  Do you have an NTSC capable TV?

Yes and yes.  (50Hz signal -> 60Hz)  Should just require the changing of the xtal but I am ill-equipped both in knowledge and skill to be able to do it myself.

Hi folks,

Does anyone know of a place that will either supply the tools for or perform a mod to switch my 50Hz PAL Turbo Grafx output signal into 60Hz?

I have tried contacting this store via my limited powers to type French (http://www.otakus-store.net/fr/) but I have not received a reply.

I am based in the UK.
