A few things:

(1) I did sell the game. I did post on another forum but only because I got a lot of flak here, so I decided to try elsewhere (go figure). As soon the buyer and I came to an agreement I deleted that other listing.

(2) I'm not going anywhere. I'll be posting more and more and not just to sell games or to defend myself.

(3) My profile location is a joke that any true "Married with Children" fan would've noticed. It's from the episode "Get Outta Dodge". Here's a link to the moment that line is said:

My reason for not dealing with wmac is his attitude towards me. He called for me to be banned over nothing. Now he's bragging about coming from a "mini Mansion family" and offering 400. I'd rather do business with someone who's been nice from the start even if it means less money. Besides, I never asked for 400.

Thanks to everyone who have remained positive and haven't resorted to using profanity/name calling. This is a video game forum, not Youtube's comments section. Let's keep it upbeat.

Photos are not the issue, references are. That is what has been requested by myself. You can post photos and rip people off all the time. You should be proving you are who you say you are, a legit seller. Do so by posting references. What are you so afraid of? If you really are legit, and a proven seller, you'd have no issue doing this, instantly for that matter as soon as it was requested. You seem more interested in avoiding the topic of references all together. That in itself is very shady and untrustworthy. Pics are worth a dime a dozen. All they tell anyone around here is that you have the game, and even then, pics can be faked and altered. The best tool in a scammers arsenal is pics. The best asset to a legit seller is his rep. Without that he is nothing. If you have no rep, you shouldn't be expecting people to wire you money, and anyone here that does it is a complete idiot with money to burn hoping against hope. And if they do, and you burn them, I def don't want to hear about it here after all the warning signs were as clear as day.

Fortunately there are potential buyers who are willing to give me the benefit of the doubt. I hope your dream of becoming a mod comes true one day, you definitely have the temper for it. In the meantime I'm here to have fun and maybe sell a few games. Take care, man.

Its fairly accepted here to be the worst in the series on the NEC consoles. Most members here agree its meh to "ok", regardless of CD or Hu-Card being the copy of the game being played. Adventure and Revenge were the best ones by far.

So anyway, like what was mentioned earlier, where are your seller references? Since you dont accept paypal, and you say you have completed numerous transactions via money transfer, you should have no problem linking to past forum transactions and feedback related to them to prove you are on the up and up.

Not to sound like a jackass or anything, but if you are going to sell this, post some pics up. Not doing paypal is really going to hurt in the long run of things especially when 99% of the sales on these forums are in fact through paypal.

I hope you are real. I hope you get your profit margin of infinity. In reality, whoever gets a $250 Bonk 3 is getting hosed anyway since its a pretty mediocre thing, but hopefully they at least get it.

I am real, the game is real and as far as your review of Bonk 3... that's your opinion and I'm sure you're in the minority. The Bonk series is a fantastic one, thought I admit greatly underrated, with Bonk 3 being the best of the bunch.

Personally if I was a mod I'd ban you simply for signing up to sell, providing no references to prove you are a solid seller, providing a story that makes your obtaining of said goods for sale seem dubious, no pics of said items for sale, then asking for buyers to pay via means that are totally unprotected on ebay prices, and also listing items as new when they have been unsealed. In regards to Paypal, Paypal at least offers some seller protection, and can fight chargebacks. I know this from being using paypal for over 10 years now. There is zero protection on a money transfer. If anyone here is stupid enough to go through with one on a just signed up seller like yourself, their risk is their own however. Its the year 2013. Get over it already and use paypal. You have no rep here, so you cant seriously expect anyone to mail you cash or do any kind of money transfer. In the end, buyer beware.

As I said before, I will provide personalized photos to serious buyers BEFORE any sort of payment is made. Everyone has different experiences; as I mentioned in a previous post I've been burned by bad sellers using Paypal, but I've never had a wire transfer go wrong.

i have no problem paying $300 upon your request but only through any protection and especially all scammer required wire money.  I apologize.

Those 3 at combinated consider scammer to 99% to the forum members including myself.  Paypal is a protector not just for buyer but including both seller and buyer.  I think it s win win situation.

In response to your 3 points:

1. Everyone was a new member at some point. I don't have time to rack up 1,000 posts in order to gain trust points. I have a family of my own and I need to unload certain things in my collection.

2. That's what it's worth to at least half of Turbo fans. I'm sorry, but a sealed Bonk 3 CD will never be $50.

3. I don't do Paypal. There are as many Paypal/Ebay detractors as there are MoneyGram/Western Union haters.

Generally most scams are done through a money wiring services.  The buyer has no protection what-so-ever should you not send the games.  Plus the suspect: Open but still new doesn't help here either, even if true. I suggest you offer some other form of payment which will provide some kind of protection for you buyer. especially at $300 +.

That's no reason to ban me. I have not/will not scam anyone. I've used Paypal as a buyer a handful of times and on two occassions I got burned. Most people use Paypal, not MG or WU and as such most scams actually occur on Paypal.

If any mods are reading this please don't jump to conclusions and ban me. I was so glad to have finally gotten approved as a member and I wouldn't want to get banned over nothing.

Excuse me, but why should I be blocked? You asked me if I was selling other games and I kindly sent you a list. What's the problem?... that I don't accept Paypal? Could someone please explain why wmacmonagle is calling for me to be banned?

Is it the low price of the other games compared to Bonk 3? All of those games are duplicates and used or open box.

I've sold many items - mostly movies, music and video game gear - this way for a couple of years now. I simply don't do ebay/Paypal. What's wrong with my PM to wmacmonagle?

Up for sale is a Bonk 3 Super CD (new, factory sealed) that I originally purchased from TZD in 2000. This was when they still had a great selection of games and accessories. About a week after they had sent it I called to let them know it hadn't arrived. They sent out another copy with FedEx; I received that one and then the original shipment arrived, so I wound up with two. Photos available to those genuinely interested. PM me for details.
