Are you sure you want to RGB mod the IFU? Why not RGB mod the PCE instead. IMO this is the more versatile solution.

I simlpy made a padhack so that I am still able to normally use the controller: There's a wire coming out of the controller with a D-SUB 15 pin connector that I use to connect it to my arcade controller.

When you modded your system, did you reinstall the shield on the bottom?  Some consoles have that connecting the analog and digital grounds at the expansion port.  If it's not installed, it could be causing your problem.  I had something similar happen.  I jumped the grounds together with a thick wire since the shield was long gone.

[Console Repair/Mod Center / PC Engine RGB Mod does not work within IFU]

Hello people,

I have a white PC-Engine with RGB mod. It works perfectly but when I put it into the IFU to play some CD based games I only get a black picture with a low buzzing sound. When I use the 3 Cinch-Output plugs from the IFU everything works also.
Am I missing something here!? Is the IFU preventing picture output of the PC-Engine?
