12/23/2024: Localization News - Team Innocent

PC-FX Localization for Team Innocent is released, a pre-Christmas gift!! In a twist, it feels like the NEC PC-FX got more attention in 2024 than any other time I can remember! Caveat: The localizers consider the "v0.9" patch a BETA as it still faces technical hurdles to eventually subtitle the FMV scenes, but they consider it very much playable.

I watch guitar reviews on YouTube alot. I have one acoustic, 3 electric and one acoustic electric semi hollowbody I just got for free. :o   :shock:A Jay Turser colonel limited edition black gold hardware not made since 2003 I think. :-" :D I also have a keyboard and a Mandolin. I just love music.

I do not hate the WWE or TNA. I think like Jim Cornette. Like I have told every one I do not like that wrestling is all open. No kaybfade. I miss when they treated it like a contest. The wrestling is a real work and it hurts. But the soape opera is silly. I miss angles. I miss a few holds they think no one wants to see. I miss 10 minet headlocks. Like Curt VS Nicky in the AWA.

I still love the product. Just some indy shows all Japan shows, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. I like the way WWE markets their product. I buy replica belts, real belts, toys wrestlers of Ric Flair and the old guys, DVD'S, and shoot interviews. I will also make a few real etched belts soon. I just miss the old. Lets have wrestling mixed with some sport enterainmant. Not sports enteraniment mixed with a little wrestling.

I love Battle Royal for what it is. It is my 8th faviorte wrestling game of all time. So I think if some dose not like it so what. It has brought me good times. I wanted it ever since I saw it in Toys R US back in 1989. I think it is a snazy game. But it has it's 2 major flaws. No game is perfect. I'm glad to have it. If I had to pick 10 games only to have forever. Lets say God said 10 games only That and Champion Wrestler would be on that list.

I watch a lot of old pro wrestling. Some new. But the game made me want a great system. I love the game for what is is. I would love to see a updated verson. Same wrestlers. Plus 250 more like Fire Pro Wrestling. The same ring, arena, and 12 more. Same style graphics but improved like Fire Pro Wrestling . More matches like cage etccc... I realy like the game. I just do not like that the game has no wrestling holds but 1. And the dang locker room fights to pick the wrestler. I like the art style. And the art in the instruction booklet.  Like I said back in the day I dreamed of the game. Now my dream has come true. I own it.

Did Champion Wrestler come out here or in Japan only. I would also like to know what dose that game go for in price. Do I have to mod my machine to play it. How many of you watch Mike and Tom Presents. They review every wrestling game ever made but Battle Royal.

I used to love pro wrestling. Now not so much. I dislike sports entertaiment. I love old pro wrestling. Real belts, replica belts and toys etccc... Who likes Battle Royal. I love old wrestling games. The game made me want a Turbo Grafix 16. I love the game for what it is. The first home game to talk. Great graphics. I wished the game play was more wrestling. I love the look of the NEC wrestling lady. I love the Hue Card or Turbo Chip Card. The characters are great. I just do not like the mangers fighting in the locker room to pick the wrestlers. 2 things out of the whole game I do not like. I give it a 9 out of a 10. =P~ I realy wanted the game in the early 90's.  I'm 39 years old. I looked at the advertisements and dreamed of that game. And the Turbo grafix 16 system. I was realy addicted to games back then. :D I think me and a family member rented it at the video store and the system. I think he did not like it. But I can't rember what I thought about it. I'm geting older.

What do you guys think of it. It gets forgotten about. Also did Champion Wrestler get released for the American market. It gets lost over time also. Mike and Tom Presents on YouTube for got to review it. Battle Royal is my faviort game for the system and made me fall in love with a great game system. I realy like the snazy game. Before I had the system I downloaded it but no sound was available. The Emulator suked .

I realy like the wrestling belt. I'm going to make 7 real wrestling belts one day. Exact copies of belts in the wrestling video games. Zinc alloy and gold plate. The same as the belts are made on the TV. Sega Wrestler War 3 belts, Saturday Night Slam Masters 1 belt, SNK 3 Count Bout 1 belt, Chapion Wrestler 1 belt, Tag team 1 belt. NES Pro Wrestling 1 belt,  Segas Body Slam 1 belt and Battle Royal 1 belt. I love etched belts. I love making my own belts. I will make them real soon can't right now personal issues. I think a real belt from Battle Royal will be a killer project.

The music rocks in the game. And it is a real challange to beat the game. It rocks to play that wrestling game that seems to be obscure to most wrestling game fans. 8) Why is that.

I seen a magazine article. I think I still have it. I remember the TV commercials. Game magazine's. I also think I saw a news broadcast on CNN or another network. Nickelodeon talked about it all the time. I was addicted to games in the day. My family rented one for the game Battle Royal. I was big fan of wrestling. I still am to a point. Loved wrestling games. Tecmo World Wrestling, WWF Wrestling Challenge, and all the wrestling arcade games are still my favorite. Love wrestling belts. Zinc and gold plated. I always looked at the magazine add 100 and 1 reasons to own a Turbo Graftx 16.

I went to Toys R US and saw Battle Royal. I was in love with the machine. I asked a school teacher about it. he also loved video games. He said his family member worked at a store and told him it was not as good as a NES. I played it at Radio Shack. I played Keith Alpha Courage. I then saw magazines selling left over games and imports. I saw the Turbo Express at a flee market with the box and games. My school teacher that loved games had a assistant school teacher that sold used and new games, comic books and toys sold it. My friend stole a Turbo Duo and I touched it. KB Toys sold the Turbo Duo for a cheep price when they quit selling the machines. They blew them out. liquadtion price. I still have comic books that have the game adds about the machine. I just had to hold a Chip Card, Hue Card, Sega Chip Card, and Turbo Chip Card. Sega's Chip Cards are all most the same. Made by the same company. I have yet to touch a Sega version.

Years later I still thought about the games. I got a computer. I found this site in 1998. I studied about the machine. I downloaded the game Battle Royal. I could not believe  I could download games for free. Arcade games Sega Genesis etcc.... It had no sound. The emulator did not produce sound. I tried to sign up here. But could not due to the Verification  catch program. This club was hard to get in. I read the forums a lot.  jorpho at ClassicGaming.Com helped me with emulation back in the day. Fast  forward a few years I found Ebay when it was new. I saw the prices of the CD machine, PC Engine, PC Engine Lab Top, games, controlers, Etcc..... The brand new Turbo Grafix sold through Telegames. Fast forward a few years a lady I worked with told me she had the Turbo Grafix and the CD unit in the carrying case. She told me about buying it at a yard sell. she said they tried to beat Boink. Had not played it in years. The case has on snap broke.

I talked her into selling it to me for 20 bucks. 8) =D> :-({|= :-&  I then cleaned it up. It was dirty but in perfect condition. It was real dirty. Still looks dirty. It the plastic it is made of. I thanked God for it. I'm a Christan. I still could not believe I had one plus the Hue Cards. The games I got was Boink, Vigilant, Keith Courage In Alpha Zones, Silent Debuggers, Real Sports Football, Ball, Tricky Kick, Cosmic Fantasy 2, Exile, Fighting Street, Final Zone 2, and Vesteel.

I then a year later Bought off Ebay Battle Royal, Blazing Lasers, Boinks Adventure, Bravoman, Devils Crush, Double Dungeons, Impossmole, Keith Courage In alpha Zones, The Legendary Axe, The Legendary Axe 2, Neutopia, Ninja Spirit, Pac Land, Psychosis, Raiden, R-Type, Bomber Man, Alien Crush, Aero Blaster, Taking it to the Hoop, and Veigues Tactical Gladiator that game dose not work.

The guy on Ebay was a great seller. I bought a few repeats because it was a bulk lot. Paid almost 200 for it all. 10 dollars a piece. It is my favorite machine of all time. I just had to have Battle Royal. dreamed of the game forever. It is a real fun overlooked over hyped game. Boink is real great. The CD games rock.
