Bonk's Revenge
Dracula X
Sapphire

Once I finish modding my system, I will definitely check it out the titles everyone has listed.

..Sega would not have released the 32X.
..Hudson Soft would still be around and extremely profitable/prolific .. (also, Super Bomberman 5 released in the States).
..NEC PC-FX would have been based on a much more modern platform.
..Gunpei Yokoi would still be alive (a few extras: No Virtual Boy release, no stupid 3D screen on the 3DS)!
..EA published software for the Dreamcast.
..all PC-Engines have multi-AV ports with native RGB output.

Yeah, Anearth Fantasy Stories definitely pushes the system to its max graphically, looking like a SNES RPG. Of course you gotta do Sapphire in such an episode, obvious one. Short on other ideas ATM. Many already mentioned.

This game looks amazing. Anyone know if the mechanics and story are on par with the graphics ?

EDIT: Just read the review which was extremely glowing. I'll have to track this down and play it.

The TV commercials showing off Bonk's Adventure absolutely drove me nuts as a child. It wasn't until much later when I imported a Duo-R and played it and Gates of Thunder from a 4-in-1 CD. Wonderful games by any standard.
