I am looking for a the actual scan of the CD for Cotton.  Not the Jewel Case cover.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thanks.

Since I use CDR's I decided to go to the source with all the questions being asked on here and on the Turbo List  (not to mention I was getting worried myself).  As it turns out Steve from TZD provided me with some information (for the record he does NOT condone the use of CDR's).  Anyway, CDR's will not ruin the laser on your TurboDuo at all and it complete nonsense.  The only problem that may happen to your hardware is with the audio.  If you hear any strange noise during the game it could damage the audio hardware on your TurboDuo.  After playing Macross I came across a track (where you are able to buy powerups for your ship) that had a squeal when the music first started up.  I don't know if this is what he was referring to, but it scared me enough to stop playing that CD.

In the case of Markadius, he may have just worn his TurboDuo out. IMG

How old is your system?  Meaning when did you first buy it and start playing it?

Anyway, thought I would share this info with you all.

PCE/TG-16|CD/SGX Discussion / Kisado

Well I don't have many games at the moment.  I am rebuilding my collection.  I understand you reluctance as they are excellent converters.  I had one and sold it with my entire collection a year or so ago (stupid me).  If you do change your mind though, I would even buy the used one and pay a good amount for it :P

Just let me know and I will give you my email address if you change your mind.

Thanks

Thanks for the info tru.   I don't think there will be a prob since XP is really doing well for me.

Anyway, I took the big plunge today and ordered a Duo!  Should be here on Friday.  I wish I had never sold my collection!  Doh!!!!

I can never seem to find a RIGG FTP that works...  I have heard much about them and have tried many times to connect to one only to find the FTP dead or deleted.  I have used your message board Tru and still can't find a good link to one. :(

First let me start off by saying this is a FANTASTIC website.  The only thing I have never found online is scanned copies of Turbo Force or the Duo version.  I have searched high and low for physical copies of these, but I think 40 dollars per magazine is a bit much on Ebay.  I know it would take time and a lot space on the website to add these, but would I ever be appreciative!  On the same note, I enjoy seeing old US Turbo print ads as well as the US Turbo TV commercials.   I still remember the one Turbo commercial for Bonk with I think, Jerry O'Connell in it.  Not positive, but it looked like him.  Anyway that is my 2 cents...
