Good show Paul. I was really looking forward to it. The production quality was fantastic, but the music list wasn't as great as the last two shows. (I'm sure you'll have a hard time out-doing those shows in the future. They were just smashing!)

Anyway, now you've got me hopelessly addicted to J-Pop so I thought I'd give out a link to a good list that I found.

I'm thinking of getting a PC-FX because I like the rarity of it and I think it's just cool! However, I don't know any Japanese and it looks like the list of titles for the PC-FX that don't require Japanese is limited. (As well as expensive.)

Obivously the majority of the games are digital comics/dating sims. Can I play one of these and get through it, and better yet, enjoy it? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

I got my new Lords of Thunder disk in and it works perfect! (The music doesn't drop out like the other scratched up disk.) It must have been the disk that was the problem. So it looks like I have an America Turboduo without any problems!

I have to send out a ton of kudos to sunteam_paul for all his hard work on both his website and the PC Engine City podcast. His podcast singlehandedly got me back into the turbografx (oops! I mean PC Engine) world after a lengthy absence.

  For those of you who haven't heard it, episode 11 is out and it's fantastic!  Yes, I admit I love the 90's J-Pop and would love some more in the near future. (For me to admit that to my family and friends would mean certain ex-communication, but I'll take that risk! )

  Keep up the good work Paul. You have more listeners than you know.

I got a duo recently on ebay for $186. (That includes shipping.) It included the 3-in1 CD and 3 decent chip games. If you pay $400, then it's like you're paying over $200 for 5 chip games and Ys and Dragon Slayer.

   Unfortunately, the Duo's are going like hotcakes online right now so I thing the ending price will be near $400. Overpriced? Yes. However, the demand is there. I lost a lot of auctions before I got mine and I ended up spending my maximum that I budgeted.

Wow! That's cool. Now I wonder if I have the same problem. I lose the music usually late into a level on Lords of Thunder. (Certain levels more than others.) I thought it was because my disk was all scratched up. I've not had any problems with Gate of Thunder losing the CD music.
  So far, those are the only Duo games I have with CD audio. I'll be getting some more CD games (and a new copy of LOT from tzd.com) real soon so I have some more to test with. What do you think? Am I going to have to do surgery?

Hey guys! I just joined the forums and I think they are awesome! I've decided I want to start my own NEC console collection and I'd like to ask for some help.

  I've been searching and digging through the forums and I can't quite find what I'm looking for. What I'm searching for is the going price for a boxed/unboxed TG16 and TurboDuo system. I saw the thread for prices for the Express so I'm all set with that.

  There's an auction on ebay that I'm interested in that ends tonight so if anyone can get back to me quickly, I'd appreciate it.
