Near the end of the document are schematics and part lists. Hope this helps; this is for TG16, but it shouldn't be too different to the Turbo Express.

[Console Repair/Mod Center / TE screen lens/cover replacement?]

I'm in the process of replacing the display in my TurboExpress with a 3.5" LCD; right now I just need to figure out what I'm going to do about the plastic screen lens/cover.


I might be able to remove the paint and glue from the underside of the plastic screen lens, but it's been chipped in an awkward place and I'd rather try to get a replacement.


Would anyone happen to know if and where I could source either a custom part cut, or a plastic piece to cut to size myself, or what sort of plastic I would go for?


It seems pretty basic; just a square with rounded corners, although I reckon most companies would handle orders on the order of hundreds of units at least, or wouldn't be worth the cost.
