PCEngine long way from home.

5 years ago I brought a White(Pal)  PCE with a CDROM2 to Canada. I've left it in the dust because it had been modified from NTSC to PAL-I plug. Even the CDROM2 has a AV connectors it only comes out PAL. Anyone know who can convert this back to NTSC? My baby is yellowed and I'll need a paint job, any suggestions?
