Does anyone want to help me with my Famicom AV mod?

Having a bit of a hard time, and the folks on Famicom world seem to have abandoned me!

I'm not even sure if the thing worked in the first place, but a Multimeter shows power going through, even through the mod I assembled, but I don't know what voltage it should be.  And I have no oscilliscope.

The main problem is the different board revisions for the Fami, I've never seen a mod on a board that looks like mine.  I am sure I have the right pinouts, I've tried the transistor (a C1815) both ways around, but I get no signal.
