Only the first one came with the newspaper, but no it doesnt.    I bought my copy used and it didnt have it then.  The second one however I bought sealed and has only been played once.

SMF - I think someone made scans available, try a forum search.  I'd be happy to PDF my newspaper pages if need be.
Bernie - nice games.  If you can still edit your title/subtitle, add the words "grafx pc engine nec" for more search results.

Nah, I aint gonna do that.  Just gonna let it go for what it goes for.  If someone here gets it, that is even better.
