Tengai Makyou 2, Himeji stuck?

hello,

iam playing tengai makyou 2 now and i defeated the 6th dark orchid, but now iam stuck in himeji.
the guide says i should speak to the king, watch the battle scene and then i will get another part for the tank so it will be able to fly.
but that does not happen. i talked to the king and nothing happened afterwards.

what did i miss?
