ive always wanted to try this game myself. it pops up once in a while, def not a common title.

it's pretty titties/asses based, from what I can see from the screenshots. prob a mock Dragon Knight type of a perverted RPG game

Yeah, even in Japan it seems uncommon to me. I keep having a hard time finding it too cause of the name in searched could also be "busted".
