Rules:

- You should have joined PCEFX prior to July 11th 2012
- Must have at least 200 posts and they cannot be mostly in the Sales / Trade forum
- You shouldn't have these items already. You could participate on the ones you don't have and the remaining ones go to the second place (and so on if the case).
- To be elegible for Garou Densetsu you must have the Arcade card already.
- No dust collectors
- If you get tired of these, you must reraffle back to PCEFX

Extra tickets:

- If you agree Chicago style pizza is the best you get an extra ticket.
- Say the Dreamcast is the best console ever (after the PCE off course) and you get an extra ticket
- Participants with 5000+ posts get an extra ticket.

Shipping is free to US / Mexico. Others are welcome to participate but you pay for shipping.

I love Chicago-style pizza, but having grown up in RI, I favor New England/New York style pizza.  The pizza we had last year after Turbo-fest was pretty righteous, though!

And I love me some Dreamcast; it's certainly in my top 5.  But I don't know if I'd hold it higher than the SNES... (though I know a few people here who would!)  There are a TON of classics for the system and I don't see ever getting rid of mine.  I got it right around launch and still have all my favorites.  And my kid LOVES Space Channel 5.

A member (I forgot who) created templates some time ago. The idea is to give extra protection to orphan hueys. Just put the hucard in the plastic sleeve then put it inside the cardboard thingie.

I do believe that Seymour adapted the Idea for Hu-Cards.  He just can't bare for a huey to go bare, between his remade sleeves and covers.

Why?

Just to tease/frustrate the person who gets #1 spot the second-time-around.

All raffles should do this. Increase the level of frustration.

PRIZE STILL GOES TO ORIGINAL WINNER (CrackTiger), but why should the entertainment stop there? I say we milk these raffles for all the entertainment they can offer.
