2/13/2025: Localization News - Cosmic Fantasy 3-4!

Rather earth-shattering news in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 community: Cosmic Fantasy 3 & 4 has been officially localized to English by Edia 30 years later for the Switch! Hard to believe! I know their script quality is poor given the 1&2 port but still good to see.

Anyone know of any good import game websites for pc engine games that are not crazy expensive? I used to order every now and again from a store that sold through http://global.rakuten.com/en/ but the store there that I used to order from no longer ships to the U.S. and what is left on Rakuten is very minimal at best.

If I can't find anything I may give one of those buy the item in japan and then ship it to you sites.

Try Arcade-Gear or Game of Japan. Bought Symphony of the Night for the Sega Saturn a little while back and got a really good price. Been getting my Neo Geo CD games from Game of Japan. Both are good sources for import games and both have a good amount of PC Engine items.

+1 for Arcade Gear/Jap-Sai. I bought lots of Japanese PS1 and PCE games from them last year. Quality of the games have been outstanding, and the prices were really affordable. They put a good effort in packaging if you choose EMS and their customer support is really friendly, I had good communications with them.

Since January 2014, their store seems to be undergoing a major update, so you can't see actual prices. Let's hope they'll be back to regular service soon.

To be honest I have noticed recently that Game of Japan's prices have soared into the realm of craziness. $500 for a Pulseman cart is ridiculous. Just look at the prices on some of these HuCards.

Do you have a credit card? Then you  might want to try RINKYA. Not the cheapest proxy seller, but a reliable service and fast and safe shipping.

Got myself a bunch of games that would sell on Ebay for insane prices. One thing though - you should stick to one rule: Only buy from one seller, and see to it that it is lots of stuff --> Rinkya charges on every SELLER you buy from.
