You guessed, for raffle, The Legendary Axe. Loose turbo chip with plastic sleeve and custom cardboard sleeve. Raffle happens on the 20th using the list generator everybody knows.

Rules:

1)Minimum post count 300 (they cannot be mostly on the sales and trade forums) and your account has to be at least six months old *
2)Known villains are ineligible
3)Known heroes get an extra ticket
4)Free shipping to the contiguous US

No dust collectors, don't sell it. Re-raffle if you get tired of it.

* If you don't meet the minimum requirements but a veteran can vouch for you, you're in.

ASIDE: Was it SeymourOnion who made the sleeve? I forget.

Whoever created it designed sleeves for a several different titles, and they all look really nice.
