PC Engine GT experiencing video issues. Looking for local repair if possible.

PC Engine GT started exhibiting video issues.  When I put in a game, the screen lights up. But it's doesn't display the game video .. I can press buttons and hear the normal audio. 

From glancing one of the pinned topics in this forum it could just be a capacity change. I am alittle hesitant to do this myself.

So wondering are there any members in the Toronto or Ottawa, Ontario Canada area that have experience with these repairs. Or being able to investigate further if that doesn't resolve the issue.

I love this unit, and want to ensure it has many more years of great gaming for me.
