@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

Anyone out there have one of these and are looking to possibly trade? Got an SNES mini and some good titles to offer, some NES games, some N64 hardware, maybe a TG16 arcade stick, and a few saturn games.

"You CAN'T prove Nulltard/DoxPhile caused ANY harm/damage/sabotage to PCEFX!! You have NO evidence he poached ANY members for his own failed PC Engine forum/site or was a conniving destructive saboteur! ZERO, ZIP, NADA!!! Nulltard did nothing wrong!"

ISO?  Man I've been selling/buying shit online forever and I've never run into "In Search Of".  Use LF, or WTB like everyone else.  Damn kids today...  :P

US 3.0 cards are not difficult to find, but they take a while to sell.  I just sold one a couple months ago so I'm sure another will go up for sale soon.  Be patient.
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

ARGH! Ya i was outbid buy a few bucks on that one. My top dollar was 200, and I didnt really wanna go that high even, so once it went above that I tapped out. For that kinda price, I may just find a cheap Jap DUO and do a full recap myself. Correct me if Im wrong, but the CD side is 100% region free right?

The us 3.0 card can range in price from as low as $80-$225 depending on condition. When I got mine I paid $100 complete over 8 years ago, so don't feel bad. They do poop up, however not to often....
Titles to complete... Caught them all....

I bought a super system card 2 years ago for $60 from a used game store in Seattle.  You can occasionally get them for pretty cheap.

CrackTiger

I bought one complete on eBay a couple years ago for around $100 shipped.

After I decided that I wanted one, I just waited until I found one at the right price.

I scanned the packaging for Sparky.
Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

Or you could put the money towards / buy a JP region CD system and get the same results.  US system 3.0 cards are collectors items now.  If you're getting it just to play super CD games then you're doing it wrong...

well in the instance that my main goal here IS to play SC games, what would be my best route? already tried an inexpensive adapter and the JP 3.0 card but to no avail. Should I just mod my system?

Modding your system will much cheaper than an adapter outside of a chopsado.  After getting your system modded, you may want to buy an Arcade Card Pro rather than a Super System Card though they've been rather price-y too, lately.

I was actually lucky enough to get my hands on an arcade card pro about 6 months ago from a local preowned retro game store... 30$ complete in case! This was what originaly fueled my desire to get an adapter for my console, but after many headaches of it NOT working with certain titles and hating how ugly that thing was sticking out of my console, I had decided that what i needed was a US 3.0 card. I had always heard that the region mod was pretty difficult, so I had been steering clear of doing so... until I saw a good how-to guide. Broke out my Weller station last nite and just waiting for my region chip to get in.
Gotta take the time to say, Ive worked on many mainstream game consoles before (nes, snes, gen, SCD, saturn, psx, etc.), but in my years ive never opened a TG16 before until last nite... and talk about build quality! The inside of this thing is built better than my 1500$ tv! But c'mon, whose idea was it to integrate RF shields via solder tabs?!
