Looks like the forums are back (it wasn't just me who couldn't connect, right?). I'm going to stagger everything by an extra day to keep things equal.

Anyway, here's a game that I've never tried at all. Seriously, I don't have this one. Nulltard, you want to tell us about it and why you chose it? Of course, spida1a's review makes a nice intro as well.

Rules:
-All members are allowed one submission. When there are no further submissions, we will have a reset and everyone will be able to submit another game.
-Each game may only be submitted once.
-If you wish to retract your submission, please do so at least two weeks before your game is due. Your next submission will go to the back of the cue.
-Please don't submit games that have a high language barrier or will take too long to complete (particularly RPGs).
-Please don't submit games that are too expensive. Below $50 is best. Above $100 won't work.

I have only heard good things about this title... but, has no one actually played it

Splash Lake is an awesome game! I played the hell out of it growing up. I think it may be the only TG game my mom played with me! Super charming. I guess somewhat repetitive, but I really enjoy it.

It gets damn hard in some of the later levels, almost impossible without a second player to help out.

I NEVER BEAT THIS DAMN GAME! It is a fun game.

A good friend got this and Buster Bros. for me when ToysRUs was clearing all TG-16 stock.

I picked up Vasteel around this time. I couldn't believe ToysRUs still had any games. Crazy.

I love Splash Lake!! It's so long for a puzzle game though... Thank god for the 'instant level win' trick, makes those hard levels a smidgen better.

Splash Lake is definitely a game that many folks probably overlook when they are new/unfamiliar with the TG-16 library.

I haven't played it either!  Want to though.  I don't think I ever saw it in stores when it would have been new..
