pretty much new to this whole platform, not really much of a collector either, just prefer hardware over emu and pc engine seems like it has alot of nice choices. looking for a DUO-R system, condition isn't too important as long as it works. would also like an S-Video mod as well. i can pay a FAIR price but not eBay prices....

Welcome. Do please tell about yourself / game interests. I would have advised to check with a couple of people on here for a good price system but I can see you already did that.

Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together!
