FS: PC Engine with PAL RF mod and games

I have a PC Engine with a PAL RF modification for sale. The unit comes with a gamepad, power supply (220 volts), RF cable and 4 games:

Space Harrier (box and manual)
Final Match Tennis (box and manual)
Naxat Open Golf (hu-card only)
F1 Triple Battle (hu-card only)

The unit works fine with a PAL television. Due to the PAL mod there is no video signal on the extension port available. However audio works fine with an AV booster.

I ask for 40 EUR. I know this isn't really cheap, but it's a unique mod and hard to get. Anyway I haven't found any documentation about the PAL mod on the internet.

Please notice that the unit is clean and all my hu-cards work fine at the first try. the cover for the extension port is included.
