good "cheapish" english friendly CD games?

Hey guys I recently upgraded my briefcase to a Duo-R I have a Turbo Everdrive so I really have no interest in collecting any hucard games, what CD games are great?  So far I have Drac X (got years ago thankfully) Ys1+2, 3, and 4, the Far East of Eden games (not english friendly but cool nonetheless), winds of thunder, also got the Valis games which are all relatively cheap.  My definition of cheap is pretty generous, like less than $60
