Fair Price for A US turbo Duo?

Greetings all, I'm curious as to what your opinion is for a fair going rate for an Un capped US duo? have a spare that i've been keeping just in case, but have a buddy at work who is dying for one. Ebay is all over the map, right now i'm thinking of offering it to him for 300, provided he pays to get my other console recapped and region modded.

Uncapped $300 is fair IMHO, but you should not have him pay for your own capping/modding I'd suggest throwing in together to get them both done maybe as a discount. It also comes down to what it has with it. Does it have the hu-card door, enclosed software, original AC and the like? That all comes into play, but the $300 ballpark seems about right give or take depending on stuff included and overall cosmetic shape.

Yeah he is a good friend so we would be shipping out together to get them modded.

Without more information, it's hard to say. $400 (figuring $100 for cap job and region mod) would be an okay buddy deal if it's in good shape, in good working condition, and with controller/ac/av; if it's loose, beat to shit, and/or non-functional, your buddy would be better off getting a refurbished PCE Duo from someone here.
