Yeah, I recognize the similarities somewhat. Reminds me more of the arrangement/track from the 2001 Ys I&II Complete Windows PC version though that I wish I could find right now for comparison. Maybe I'll check Josep's Falcom Music YouTube Channel later.

EDIT: Duh, it's the "Feena" title screen track for Ys I Complete - I'm more used to the Windows PC versions in some ways from my Ys fan translation projects, playing/loading them up so many times... This arrangement sounds much more similar to me.
