Pretty funky. It takes it a bit to sound very Ys-esque, but it gets there nicely soon enough.

I love the samples you used from an old film? (what is the source?)... the samples really complement the mood/atmosphere you create... MOAR TRACKS like this....

Ahh, I see you discovered the Military Madness mashup!

The sounds you are hearing are part of the other track I used in that mashup.
It's very hard to find a really good track that matches up though...

So I started just cutting up beats and building from scratch, but It takes forever...

I have more that aren't on soundcloud, one Ys Remix in particular I actually spent a considerable amount of time on. I used voice samples form the TG16 CD version of the game.

It was a exclusive thing for a music CD project I did, but as those CDs are gone now maybeI might need to upload that...

Also, I fully support more heavy, somber brooding PCE musics...

And, no joke, this morning I had a lot of work to do and I listened to the older 1+ hour musics on your sound cloud. It was the perfect music to work/concentrate to.

I got other mixes up here and there... just not on Soundcloud. Glad you enjoyed my old mixes....
