Turbo Duo Down! Please Help!

[Turbo Duo Fan]

My Turbo Duo doesn't even power up! Could anyone give me suggestions on how to fix it? The DC out/AC in felt a little loose when I plugged the adapter in, but I have no idea if that could be the root of the problem.
    Just in case you're wondering I bought it off of eBay so I don't know a thing about its history. Thanks, I appreciate it.

i had the same thing, you need to get a better psu or just tape it in, mine didnt spin discs but worked for hucards. it was because the psu was loose. Got a nice uniross psu now. fits like a glove.
