Turbografx region mod

I was wondering if anybody had instructions for the TG16 region mod using some sort of switching chip.  I've seen it mentioned, but can't seem to find any instructions.

I've modded one of my TG16s using 2 4PDT switches, but just got a TurboDuo.  It would be really nice to have a more "elegant" mod.
