TG16 CD replacement laser

Does anyone know where I can get a KSS-162a or KSS-220a to replace my TG16 CD laser?  I've had a really hard time finding one on the internet.

I was also wondering if anyone knew which Sony Discman units would have a compatible laser.  I know the D-34 unit has one, but any others with compatible lasers?

KSS-220a is used on certain models of Sony Discman.  An really early model of Mitsumi CD-Rom drive and some other devices. It's from 1987/88 and can be found on devices from that time up to 1992 when it was replaced with newer models, like the KSS-330
