PC Engine Duo R Power Supply

I have a US Turbo Duo and was considering purchasing the Japanese PC Engine Duo R but the seller told me that I needed to get a different power supply. Anyone know what kind I need? Or is the US power supply compatible with the Japanese?

Buy a Genesis II power supply. It will work perfectly with a DUO-R! (I'm using one myself.)

I noticed how he necroed that SGX question from literally well over a decade ago, and tried to give a serious answer to that OP; like he is even still around! Un-f'n-believable. I say ban him, on the assumption that he is just making ANY post in order to try and get in on the raffles. I wouldn't want that, as it'd prevent people from bumping for legitimate reasons.  The system does give a warning, which should be enough:
