2/13/2025: Localization News - Cosmic Fantasy 3-4!

Rather earth-shattering news in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 community: Cosmic Fantasy 3 & 4 has been officially localized to English by Edia 30 years later for the Switch! Hard to believe! I know their script quality is poor given the 1&2 port but still good to see.

This "max-level forum psycho" () destroyed TWO PC Engine groups in rage: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook "Because Chris 'Shadowland' Runyon!," then the other by Aaron Nanto "Because Le NightWolve!" Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together... Both times he blamed the Aarons in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

Another douche trying to obtain a full Turbo collection.  119/146 so far.  Got a long way to go. Half way there. Hit the 100 mark. ich bein ein obeyer

Doesn't Valve's Steam already do this? Doesn't seem to be hurting them much.

jperryss

I don't use Steam but I think they let you install on more than one machine, which makes it much less of an issue.

I could be completely wrong about this though.

I don't give a shit.  I'm too busy OBEYING to worry about such shitty shenanigans.

Well, in all fairness to Ubisoft, the end-result of uber-DRM is no different than 20-25 years ago, when I would accidentally kick the AC cord out of the socket with my feet. No progress saved, game reset to title screen!

I can't believe these companies still think DRM makes any kind of difference when it comes to piracy.  Games are always eventually cracked and these virus programs do nothing more than make the honest gamers who actually purchased the game have issues.

No wonder I never game on PC anymore.

They should just hire cheap foreign labor to come packaged with each game.  If you get out of line, the packaged watcher kicks you in the junk.
