Team Innocent Help!!

Any help you can give me about the first level would be greatly appreciated.  I've been stuck there for about a month now.  What exactly am I supposed to do there?

the only part of that level that is really tricky is that you have to set a bomb to explode, which in turn causes a fire, which in turn makes you have to turn off the air, which in turn kills the HEEPS, which allows you into the room with all the HEEPS, so you can continue.
