in short I found a good game shop today at Sapporo.  They have River City Ransom (Downtown Nekketsu, the rare ass one), Liquid Kids, Strider, and Terraforming.  if these are titles you need badly, I won't mind making a 1 hour RT to go back there (minus trainfare!) and pickup some toughie titles for fella members   1 day offer only since I leave for Tokyo tomorrow night.

If I give you a handful of titles to look for in Tokyo would that be a hassle?  I can PM you a list of the stuff that's most on my mind and the minimum cost I've found at the moment.  They're all kind of medium rareness as well, so it's stuff I'd like to be complete.

But if you can't be bothered, I quite understand!

soop, I'll be heading to Mandarake on Wed in Tokyo.  I won't have time to be making 2 trips though, so best approach is to gift-paypal me an XYZ amount of dollars you can spend, plus a list of stuff you need/want with a price range.  be realistic at the ranges, (we can find reasonable prices but no bargains) so this way when i'm there at the store i can just buy the titles you want/need without checking back with you.  There is a post office next to my hotel in Tokyo so i'll mail them out from there.  since i'm heading there anyway, train fare is on me.   for paypal instructions see the WhatdidIbuy post thread.  Also, if you are looking a lot of titles, know JP EMS rates are of follows: 3kg (6.5 pounds package = 6100 yen or  $79.30 usd).  so there is no way i can do bulk buying.   couple titles here and there for you should be fine as you can get by via media mail and I won't have to break my back haulling the shit back to my hotel

Yeah, that's cool, it's only a handful of titles.  In fact, you may know off the top of your head if you've actually seen them for less than I can find them - I'll PM you.  (I'm thinking it's not worth the bother for you and possibly the extra postage for me).  Incidentally, I'm in the UK - are you on holiday at the moment?

SOOP, you're in luck then.  I'm on holiday/business trip all in one combined in Japan now.  send me the list and ur budgeted funds.  I can send them from Tokyo this week if titles are found... or if you think postage is cheaper and don't mind waiting - I have a week long busienss trip in Germany in the week of Feb20 and I can send it locally there from Stuugart to UK.  your call.
