WTB Working CD-ROM2 Unit

I just bought a CD-ROM2 on eBay that was listed as "Like New" and doesn't work. Opened it up and the middle gear is completely fine. The red PC indicator comes on and I get the Just a Moment screen, but no humming or noise whatsoever, and disc doesn't spin.

Anyway, I'm looking to either buy a working unit outright, or trade my cosmetically beautiful (but not working) unit plus some cash for a working one.

Willing to buy the CD-ROM2 with or without the IFU since mine is pretty ratty anyway...

I recently had BlueBMW repair mine after it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. You might want to check with him.
