What's cooking?

Anybody else like cooking?  Last weekend I made Cornish pasties (a bit like a really nice pie really), then Saturday I made Chestnut and sausagemeat stuffed mushrooms, and Sunday I made bagels and salt beef.  Then yesterday I reduced the cooking liquor from the beef into a really nice stock and used it all in a mushroom risotto

You can't beat a fresh bagel.  I hate the store bought ones.
