Has anyone played this game?  I am curious but cant find anything on it. .... good / bad / mediocre?

Its a sort-of-HoHum adventure comic text clicky doodad game..

The art style is eerie looking to me.  It also has some pretty bad digitized crap, IIRC.

If you can't read moonrunes, it's not one I would go out of my way to find and play.  There are cooler ones you can fumble your way through.
