Yes, the "Vega version" commercial is indeed a Megadrive commercial (Dash Plus) but the Chun-Li commercial is PCE.

That vega version should be replaced with this CD-ROM2 commercial, which features Fighting Street, Noriko, Tengai Makyou Ziria, Cobra, and Bikkuriman Daijikai:

Sure are no gameplay footage etc at all.Still i find it odd no commercial for snatcher at all.
