Gulliver Boy how to beat a Boss Question

hello,

i am playing gulliver boy right now and i am 22 hours into it. but now there is a female boss atop of a cathedral which sends me back to the entrance of the level, every time i fight her for a few rounds. she is here in that video:

how is it possible to beat her? is there any trick?

great game, everybody who loved tengai makyou games should check it out.
