John Madden DUO Football

This gameplay in the stills looks exactly like Madden 93 for the Genesis. I remember that game being fantastic to play and the animation was decent enough. How doe the DUO version comare to the Genesis madden games?

I am thinking about ordering it since I used to love Madden 93 on Genesis.

It's almost 1:1 but the animation is slower and it is more colorful than the genesis '93. There you go.

Thanks, I figured it played well since the Genesis version played great and the SNES versions of the game were atrocious . I will have the games I ordered by Friday, but Madden Duo Football wont get here until Saturday or Monday.

After some googling, the game looks to be Madden 93 and a half. I cant tell which one looks better DUO or Madden 94. Its definitely designed after 94

Duo Madden

94 Genesis

They each have their own look, so the DUO madden is worth checking out. Hopefully there is a season mode. The FMVs look like a joke though, fake players that arent even buff enough to be in a McDojo karate class much less be an NFL player.

They pop up once in a while at a fairly reasonable (less than 50) BIN.

Up until a couple months ago you could buy it on Amazon new and sealed for somewhere around $25. You were robbed.

The current eBay listings are asking $150 and $200 for the game. Too many people who don't understand the difference between asking and sold prices will look at that and think that $80 is half price or better, when by eBay standards it's actually four times the going rate.

The problem is that every time someone gets duped into grossly over paying, it drives up asking prices even further. So although legit prices will continue, it thins them out by clogging up the internet with a bunch of rotting overpriced listings. Unfortunately, investment flippers would rather sit on a game for 5 - 10+ years, waiting for an unsuspecting insta-set-collector to make an impulse buy, than break even or worse. Selling a game for even a dollar less than they paid years ago defeats the whole point of gaming to these people. See the unsold Bonk 3 manual on eBay.

Yeah, i think its my stupid phone. It always seems to translate ebay links incorrcectly.
When i first clicked it, the "current" listings were showing. So i thought you were trying to prove me wrong when i said 80 was too high.

Lost in translation. So we all know that 80 is way high and I'm questioning if he even got the stat poster for that 80.
He only references case/manual.
