Vasteel case and map ( NO CD ) for sale

So I been trying to find the game disc for a year and now given up on finding them . I'm selling the cd case with the art cover inserts and the folded map . The case has book shelf  wear but the clarity is good and no cracks . The map has creases on the fold lines but no rips . I'm thinking maybe $10 plus shipping USPS Priority Mail  in United States . Sorry no International Shipping - had nightmares dealing with Brazil Customs the past months
