Localization Legend "Supper the Subtitler" has "joined the club" in being targeted for CD-pressings by bootleg master Tobias/PCEWorks! His projects like Private Eyedol, Galaxy Fräulein Yuna 1 & 2, etc. are now being sold on Chinese factory-pressed CDROMs...

Always seemed like Nexzr was an $80 - $100 game... Minty with spiner mebbe more.  Though prices may have changed some since I last got Nexzr.

Btw.. Nexzr is my favourite pc engine shootie hands down.  Pure jawsome.

It's a great game, and if gbapalyer is selling it, then i hope it goes to a good home.

Flare, if i remember, I'll try to bring my copy with me to VGS, and you can try it out there, if you don't get this one.

Fortunately, the Summer Carnival version is cheaper and is still the same game.

wildfruit

I think the exchange rate will be your enemy on this one.

turbokon

I had the opportunity to buy the summer carnival version here a couple of months ago for $60 and I didn't, should have.

Opethian

but no cut scenes in the carnival version :(

Bardoly

I have actually played through both versions, and while the cut scenes do enhance the Nexzr experience somewhat, they are not necessary to the exhilarating shoot-'em-up experience of this great game.  I recommend that anyone who enjoys shoot-'em-ups acquire a copy (either version) of this game if possible.

Trenton_net

Ya, I think the exchange rate will kill this. The price I'd expect to see would be around $90 USD. Though, I totally understand how some people in Europe get shafted on pricing.

That would be cool. Mind if I try it out possibly as well? At the very least though I'd like to see it in action (too lazy to look up YouTube stuff)

PunkCryborg

I wish I had the spine card for mine :(

What's the price difference?

I think that the Carnival version has been running about half the price of the regular release.
I got my copies about a year ago for about $40-50 for the Carnival release and about $100 shipped for the regular release, if i remember correctly.

Absolutely! I'll bring everything that people want me to bring.  I'll probably pack a briefcase of goodies like Beemer usually does.
