What's a fair price for Mad Stalker and Horror Story?

Hi all,
I'm trying to find out a fair "forum price" for these two, but don't have much to go on. Even completed eBay listings weren't much help.

For the longest time Horror Story was around $70 and Mad Stalker $50. Both are unpopular though, especially Mad Stalker, which makes them more "whatever you can get for them" titles. Which can be extra high or low depending on how quickly you want to sell them.

Edit: Game of Japan lists PCE games for 50% - 200% of normal prices until you get down to <$50 games, then they're not too bad. They'll bring in Mad Stalker for $42.

Black Tiger's prices are the most I'd pay for 'em.  A quick run through yahoo auctions shows copies of Horror Story and Mad Stalker (disc only) at 4980 yen and 1300 yen, respectively.

Mad Stalker really is a $35 game on average and I wouldn't pay any more than that for it, on PC-Engine anyways.
