Does someone know the specs of the power driver? I don´t want to open up my unit again just to look it up, maybe someone has it by memory?

I am curious as how much Volts is acceptable. I know, I know, there´s 7.5 Volts written on it, but I am using my LT accupack, which runs from 6x1.4V Nimh.

Why is it 7.5 anyway? 6 Alkaline would give 9V, so I don´t quite get that strange rating...

Anyone?
