Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! PC-FX SDK docs

OK, so I've wrestled with the Japanese versions of both Win98 and Win2K, and got the PC-FX SDK docs mostly readable on a US Win7 machine ... but there are still a few glitches.

It seems like I can't be the first person to go through this.

Has there ever been an effort to convert the SDK docs to English?

Does anyone out there already have these in good-working-order that they'd like to share?
