Been looking into playing this game, the tunes are great - often when I listen to thunderforce music on youtube this game's music is the next video youtube shovels in my face, and compared to most of the garbage they try to move into my consciousness I really enjoy the gleylancer tunes, and want to check the game out!

The slot needs to be expanded to fit MD carts. You could also take the ROM out and put it in a crappy sports game shell. However, what you're really going to want to do is to place it on top of a Game Genie.
