Pc Engine Duo Video problems

So from time to time my pc engine duo just doesn't fire up at all. I took it apart the top case off and couldn't find any issues. Put it back together then bam fired up fine. I've heard it could be a possible av cable issue but there doesn't seem to have a short on anything. Its working now but is this something that could be a problem down the road?

The problem is usually caused by bumping old thread with useless +1 post.  Leave the old thread alone and your video problem usually will go away.
