WTB: Sega Master System games

Gents,

I recently did the FM sound mod to my SMS and i am picking up compatible games.  I have a few but would like to add the following: 

Cloud Master
Penguin Land
Shinobi
Fantasy Zone II

Looking for the case and manual for Rampage

PAL games:
Lucky Dime Caper (not an FM game, but i just want it)

I would like them with case and manual, but i need at least the case.

As far as pricing, my usual rule if thumb is to pay average ebay prices minus 10 percent and a small discount for multiple games.  I will pay via paypal as a gift.
