No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! TE Power Supply Really Matter?

Why can't I use any  adapter of equal voltage with the right conector?  Does it really matter like the manual says?  I'd like some input on this before I put my unit at risk.   I'm just thinking, how could the unit tell if the power it's getting is the same?  Thoughts anyone?

check out the tg16/duo FAQ (at gamefaqs, among other places)...it has a discussion on AC adapters and what to do.

i myself have fried several casio keyboards ....
