TG16 CD player/Help

Help my Turbo Grafx 16 Player CD is not working.  It spins but it doesn't read the disc. I have tried cleaning the lens and the games and still no luck.  The last time I used it was about 3 years ago.  Any idea what the problem may be?http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif ALT=":(">
