Who would you recomend to do PCE / Turbo express Mods.

Guys,

I'm looking for someone who can do a few modifications/repairs for me. So if you know someone or your willing let me know. With grahf gone and D-lite not doning region mods on Expresses (Unless he changed his mind) im looking for ideas.

First I would like someone who can modify a Turbo Express.
     1). Turbo Express sound fix (change all the caps for video too).
     2). Region Switch PCB mod.

Secondly, I would like someone to modify a  PCE Duo-R.
     1). Region Switch PCB.
     2). Composite / SVHS / Audio Jacks
     3). Possible Component mod (optional if I can find someone to do it for a reasonable price)


Notes,

The Turbo Express has really poor sound from speaker. Headphones are just ok.
The Duo-R the original 5pin jack on the back appears to be comming loose. I.E. Picture fades out if you bump the jack.
