No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I helped edit/betatest and it's also a game I actually finished in 2023, yaaay! Shubibiman also did a French localization. github.com/dshadoff/DeadoftheBrain

Is there any usable value list aka what is it worth list?

Cuz DP rarity guide is useless and other places couldn't help me either.

I'm trying to find out what a sealed perfect condition Sylphia is worth.

Any idea?

There are no real sealed values for games that sell for a lot when they're just complete. People just try to get whatever they think they can and usually ask for several times what anyone not looking to simply flip it would ever pay.

Common games that are often found still sealed have more stable sealed values.

Generally, the less crooked sellers that actually get many rarer games sealed tend to sell them for no more than 30% (tops) above the going mint/complete prices. So Sylphia sealed may be worth as much as $250.

You should sell it sooner than later if you're looking to make as much money as possible, since its a game that has had some major price fluctuations in the past and isn't really as rare as its been made out to be in recent years.

If it really is one of your "crown jewels" though, then it shouldn't matter what someone else would pay or try to ask for it.

If you look a few topics down, there is already a thread about this-

Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!
